We hire when we win work, and we hire to keep
We do not run a permanent bench of open roles. When an engagement grows or a new one starts, we hire — and we hire people we expect to still be here in five years, because our clients are.
There are no open roles listed today. That is deliberate rather than an oversight — we would rather say so than keep a page of aspirational vacancies open.
If you work in the stack below and want to be first in the queue when something opens, send us your CV and a paragraph on what you have built. We keep them, and we do come back to them.
Send us your CVWhat working here is like
Honestly, including the parts that will not suit everyone.
You will own something
Our engineers are not allocated to tickets on a client’s board and left there. On most engagements the same people shape the work, argue about the design, build it and support it afterwards.
The work is long
Several of our engagements have run for years. That means you see your own decisions come back — the architecture that held up, and the one that did not. Very few places give you that feedback loop.
You will work directly with clients
In the UK, Europe and the US. Not through a layer of account managers relaying requirements. If you would rather never speak to a client, this is the wrong place.
Depth over breadth
We are deep in the Microsoft stack and current on the JavaScript one, and we say no to work outside it. You will get better at a set of things rather than briefly acquainted with everything.
What we work in
If most of your experience is here, we will want to talk when something opens.
Based at our Bengaluru office, working hours that overlap the UK and Europe.
