Start with a thirty-minute call
With an engineer, not an account manager. If what you need is not work we are good at, we will say so on that call rather than three weeks into a proposal.

What to put in the first email
None of this needs to be precise. Enough for us to work out whether we are the right people, and to come to the call having already thought about it.
- 01 What the system does, and roughly how long it has been running.
- 02 What it is built on — even approximately.
- 03 What is forcing the change now: a support deadline, a hiring problem, a release that keeps slipping.
- 04 Whether you need people alongside your team, or a team that owns a piece outright.
If any of it is commercially sensitive, say so and we will sign an NDA before the call. Most of our work is under one — it is why the clients on this site are described rather than named.
Considering a migration
We run a two-week paid assessment that ends in a sequenced plan with costs against each step. You own the document whatever you decide to do next.
How that works →Need capacity this quarter
Tell us the shape of the gap and when it starts. We can usually put names and dates against it within a week.
Engagement models →Looking for a delivery partner
If you are an agency or software company that needs work delivered under your own brand, that is most of what we have done.
White-label →
